Where to write

support@jollyroger.wtf, for anything: a flag that should not be up, something of yours on somebody else's mast, a payment that went wrong, a request about your data, or a part of this site that is broken.

There is no other address, no telephone number and no live chat. One person reads that inbox and answers what needs answering.

What we will need

Your handle, if you have one, and the flag you mean — its link is the quickest way to say which. For anything to do with money, the reference from your receipt.

We cannot confirm or change anything about an account on the word of an email alone, because we hold no email addresses and so have nothing to match one against. Expect to be asked to prove it from the account itself.

Who you are writing to

Jolly Roger (jollyroger.wtf). Payments are taken by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and anything about a charge, an invoice or a refund can also go to them — their details are on the receipt, and theirs is the name on your statement.
