Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms and to the Articles, which describe how the game itself works. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and old enough to spend money online without someone else's permission. If you are not, do not create an account.

Your account

You are responsible for your handle and your password. We do not collect an email address, which means there is no password recovery: if you lose your password, the handle and anything flying under it are gone. Write it down.

One person may hold more than one handle. Using extra handles to evade a suspension, to fake a crowd, or to harass someone is not allowed.

What you may fly

You may not upload or draw artwork that infringes copyright or trade marks, impersonates a real person or organisation, sexualises minors, incites violence, or is unlawful where you or we are.

You may not use a flag's link to point at malware, phishing, or content that would breach the rule above.

We may remove a flag that breaks these rules. Bids on a removed flag are not refunded, because they were spent on altitude that was flown.

Money

Bounty, shield, attack packs and the nuke are purchases of a digital good, delivered immediately. They are final and non-refundable except where the law where you live says otherwise.

A bid is not a deposit, an investment, a security, or a store of value. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or converted back into money. It buys height on a chart and nothing else.

Prices are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, who are the merchant of record for every purchase on this site: they handle the transaction, the receipt and the tax, and their name is what appears on your statement.

Conduct

A raid is part of the game. Targeted harassment of a person — through taunts, repeated raiding meant to intimidate, or anything else — is not, and will cost you your account.

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the service, or to automate interaction with it in ways that distort the board.

The service as it is

The site is provided as it is, without warranty. We do not promise it will be available, free of defects, or that any flag will attract any attention at all.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything connected with this site is limited to the amount you spent on it in the previous twelve months.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the change.

You may close your account at any time by striking your flags. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
